Shipping Policies

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping and free returns/exchanges on all orders in the US. If you'd prefer to receive your items more quickly, expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your shipment and your location.

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders valued at €400 and over. If you cannot be present for delivery, please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to customize your delivery. Hampden is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if delivery signature is waived.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays) will generally be shipped out on the same day pending product availability and credit verification. We ship all orders via FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number.

Please Note: FedEx is experiencing longer than normal shipping times due to COVID-19. Unfortunately we are unable to speed up a package after it has been shipped. We appreciate your patience in advance!

We recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. With FedEx Delivery Manager, you get deliveries on your schedule. You can reroute or reschedule deliveries, leave driver instructions, route to a FedEx pickup point, get estimated delivery windows, and more. Plus, it's FREE!

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPA addresses. 

A NOTE ABOUT COVID-19
Anytime you shop from a small business, and especially during these difficult times, you're supporting a long chain of people from our staff that deliver these products to you, to the people that produced them. Thank you for supporting us--it means the world to us! Here's how we are ensuring things are sanitized in order to protect you and our staff.

* Clothes that are returned from approvals or online orders are steamed thoroughly (our steamers reach at least 250 degrees) before returning to the floor.
* We wipe down all surfaces morning and night, including our online order packing station. * We use new materials for every outgoing shipment, including cardboard boxes and tissue paper.
* Our employees continue to use correct handwashing protocols, and are not allowed in the store if they do not feel well.

International Shipping

We happily ship internationally where available. We offer Free FedEx International Economy shipping for delivery within 2-5 business days. If you need it quicker, we also offer FedEx International Priority for a fee that varies depending on the country. Shipping costs for International Priority can be estimated during the checkout process before submitting payment.

We ship internationally with Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP). This means that you pay the duties and taxes for your item when you check out on our website, so you don't have to pay them upon importing the item to your country. This allows for quicker delivery and no hassle on your end. Duties and taxes are controlled by the country of import, so unfortunately have no control over what these may be.

Please note that we do NOT offer free return shipping on international orders. For international returns that meet our return policy, the refund amount will reflect current conversion rates on the day of the refund.

UK Shipping Information
Due to Brexit laws that went into effect January 1, 2021, we do not ship orders to the UK that total under £135. If you wish to place an order, please ensure that your cart total is over £135.
